Vertical cutting structure
The multi-lane sachet packing machine features independent control of the longitudinal cutting blade. The longitudinal cutting blade is used for vertical cutting during the packaging process, dividing the continuous packaging film into individual pouches. Ensure precise and consistent cutting. The independent control of the longitudinal cutting blade enables the machine easy adjustment of the depth of each longitudinal cutting blade to avoid uneven depths of multiple columns of notches.
Feeding system
The feeding system selects different pumps, such as rotary pumps or piston pumps, based on the different materials being used. The material hopper and pipelines can be jacketed for insulation purposes, and the entire system is controlled by servo motors.
